It has been known that Uganda Airlines has become the official sponsor for Miss Africa Uganda
Calabar for this year 2021 and it’s aimed at crowning the next beauty queen in Africa.
The registration commenced in August this year and the event Miss Africa Uganda Calabar is slated to take place on 27th December 2021 during the annual Calabar Christmas Festival.
According to the Memorandum of Understanding between Uganda Airlines and Miss Africa
Uganda Calabar 2021, the winning contestant will get a free ticket to Dubai and another to Mombasa
courtesy of Uganda Airlines.
This follows the previous deals signed by Uganda Airlines with local organisations, associations
and federations such as Federation of MotorSport in Uganda (FMU).
The Airline has also met with other bodies such the Kampala City Traders Association- Uganda
encouraging them to use Uganda Airlines.
Miss Africa Uganda Calabar is going to be the 6th Edition of the continental show and
will have 54 countries participating compared to last year when COVID-19 was at its peak.
