Sisimuka CEO, social and political analyst Frank Gashumba is not happy with Ugandans attacking Democratic Party president Nobert Mao. He tasks Ugandans to attack Mao if they voted DP in the general elections.
Nobert Mao was attacked and abused especially on social media after he accepted the appointment of president Museveni as The Justice and Constitution Affairs Minister. The most people that attacked him are those that are in opposition political parties and those that support these parties.
Despite Frank Gashumba also being an Opposition member, he didn’t support those abusing Nobert Mao because most of them didn’t vote for him when he stood as the president in 2021 general elections.
Outspoken Frank Gashumba said those that have never contributed anything to DP activities have no right to speak and they should shut up.
“Those who are attacking & bashing @norbertmao: He stood in the 2021 Gen elections 4 President, did you vote him? Or have you ever contributed to the activities of the DP? If your answer is no, please shut up. If you haven’t participated in a cause, you have no right to Speak,” Frank Gashumba tweeted.
It should be remembered that after Nobert Mao was appointed as the Minister of Justice and Constitution Affairs he was told to step down as DP president but he declined.
