MTV Base Lists Azawi Among New Talents Expected to Take Africa to the World

MTV Base premiered a new show dubbed ‘Ones to Watch’ showcasing the talents to bring African music on another level.
The well known music channel shared a message on its page stating the comebacks of the talents. Different musicians were listed ready to take Africa onto the international scene. One of the 23 iconic artists that’s been added to the list MTV expects is Azawi.
Azawi shared her excitement on her social media page to boast of her milestones.
Azawi’s art has grown exponentially with her latest album African Music being one of the most streamed albums on the African continent last year.
The rising star’s management has been intentional with their vision to see her rise into a global icon with her videos being imagined by stellar directors and her music being marketed on billboards across the globe.
