Julie Nalugya famously known as Julie Mutesasira a Canadian – Ugandan gospel singer known in Uganda and across East Africa for her gospel hits including Nkulembera, Lwana Nabo, Bamuyita Yesu and many other hits has finally come out to worn netizens that she dropped Mutesasira as her name many years ago.
This has happened after many people via social media creating media handles in the name of Julie and claiming that they are Julie. Julie who left Uganda and relocated to Canada after her divorce with husband Steven Mutesasira with whom she had three children including Esther and Ezekiel the winners of the East Africa’s Got Talent season 1 in 2019 has publicly worn netizens that all social media accounts under the name Julie Mutesasira aren’t owned by her and for that they should avoid to being a victim of fraud.
Julie who currently living in Canada after revealing that she left Uganda because of being a gay woman even when she was formerly married to a pastor an abomination in the country has said about people creating accounts in her former name because it had turned into a mentality which is not a good thing to her and her followers.
