Renown songwriter Frederick Ssenyonga popularly known as BlackSkin has cried out for justice
through a Social media post. Over his murdered son and unpaid salary.
The sorrow filled songwriter has been tried unfairly several times as not only was he denied his
pay from Ministry of trade but he also lost his son in a shooting by police when he (the son) was
hit by a stray bullet.
According to him, he tried to wait patiently for his pay but in vain while the police in the other
hand has never given a reasonable explanation to the events that claimed his son’s life but only
stick to apologies.
It is upon these grounds that the talented songwriter decided to make a public outcry over
these injustices that have robbed him of any calm and peace whatsoever since he doesn’t seem
to find any answers to his dilemma.
“I worked for the Ministry of Trade and I was never paid now after all that my son was shot
dead in Namayiba bus park and the police is saying sorry. I want to know how I should swallow
this as a parent… Rest in peace my son Bob Semanda, I am gonna look for justice even if it means taking my life,” read his devastating post on social media.
