Right after UNCUT Sabula and Kalakata show was banned to be presented at 8pm because Omalangila Suuna sued Next Media Services’ employees, this let to the change of the programming on all national televisions. Now Zahara Toto falls into things.
The case prompted Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) to order that all TVs start broadcasting gossip shows after 9pm. This saw Next Media shift its most loved entertainment show “Uncut sabula & Kalakata” from NBS Television to Sanyuka Television.
This also meant that the presenters for this show would be watched by a lesser audience hence making them start working on other shows. Zahara Toto is reportedly set to start a new show on the Naguru Based television NBS TV where Zahara Toto will be presenting on the NBS TV Lunch request show which airs every Monday to Friday.
This will take effect from the 22nd of November 2021. This show has been on for five years without a presenter and host for this show. Annatalia Ozze who was the co-host of UNCUT Kalatata show is now presenting an extension for Amasengejje daily.
In this show, she will be responsible for taking in requests and doing live deejaying while showcasing her turntables skills. Dj Zato is her name when she is on the spins.
