An Over speeding Police Car Knocks down a woman named Penelope Kyomuhendo along side the northern bypass. She had just got a job in the ministry of finance.
Many people have always complained about the way Uganda police patrol cars follow no road rules and regulations, these people drive very reckless just because there is no body to charge them with any
crimes.
Penelope Kyomuhendo was a 24 years old woman who was happily excited for his newly got job to support her family. Though the job was just a cleaner at the ministry of finance, planning and economic development but she was young and could have supported her family in future.
This accident happened at the northern bypass near Mawanda road fly over this morning 14th, October 2021. The young woman died immediately and even if a police case was opened no immediate action has been taken to help the family, RIP Penelope.
