Born as Nalujja Juliet, was born on 27th of February in 1978 at Mulago hospital, a daughter to a one Rose Namubiru Lutwama and the late Ssebata Henry.
She is the eldest of the three children Henry and Namubiru sired. She is a singer and she shot to fame after embarking on professional singing career predominantly doing gospel music.

Juliet with time grew her musical career after releasing a couple of over 20 hit gospel songs among which are collaborations with artistes like Iryn Namubiru. These songs under her belt include Asobola, Nterekera, Ekikunyumira, Tokikola, Gwenjagala, Tokola Ensobi, Lwana Nabo,
Nzuuno, Sseyeya among others.
Still on this, It should further be noted that Julie Mutesasira was in 2015 crowned the female artiste of the year as she held the VIGA award as she enjoyed the peak of her music as she was rocking the air

Julie Mutesasira, in her adult age, she got married to a famous city pastor popularly known as Pastor Steven Mutesasira of the Redeemed of the Lord Evangelistic church Kamwokya. This, wiith whom they bore three children that kept their marriage ties strong and intact at that time.
Two of their children are Esther Mutesasira and Ezekiel Mutesasira who are the current crown holders of the 2019 East Africa’s Got Talent (EAGT) competition on Sunday, October 6, and walked away with a cash prize of 50,000 dollars.
