Internet, social media have been covered by trending news of the death of the current speaker of Uganda Parliament Jacob Oulanya that he is dead. And due to increasing ‘news reporters’, people were confused on who to believe and what to believe.
Our Times Cops did a thorough background check and our deep throat sources indicate that, Speaker Jacob Oulanya is not dead, still alive of now. Although, the same sources continue to intimate that, although he is not dead, he is critically sick and doctors are doing all to save his life.
It should be noted that, on the 8th of February this year, Uganda was informed through the Deputy Speaker Anita Among that Speaker Jacob Oulanya was receiving specialized treatment outside the country, and he left on the 4th of February. That was after he failed to get better while at Mulago National Referral Hospital.
And as you read this, he is still in Seattle, United States and receiving treatment over an unspecified case which we shall definitely come to learn about sooner. We wish a quick recovery to Rt. Hon. Speaker Jacob Oulanya.
