Young upcoming singer Rahma Pinky is proud of the decision she made to leave Team No Sleep and it’s manager Jeff Kiwa. Rahma Pinky was signed few months ago as a replacement of Sheebah Kalungi who was with Jeff Kiwa for over 10 years.
When Pinky was signed on to Team No Sleep, she found hard time to catch up. The media painted her as a competitor of Sheebah. Even when she released her first song in TNS they said she sounded like Sheebah Kalungi. However after sometime, Rahma Pinky like any other young artiste found her footing and she became confident in herself. She started building her personal brand without listening to any other people’s ideas
As she was still getting established under a big record label, Rahma Pinky found some misunderstandings with her manager Jeff Kiwa. She ended up being sacked. Although other artistes fall back and start regretting for Rahma Pinky she embraced the sacking saying it was necessary and needed.
According to Rahma Pinky, she loves herself most and she believes she made the best choice. After all she us too talented, she can make it wherever she wants as long as her fans still believe in her.
“I know they know that I love what I do, so I can’t make a decision aimed at ruining my career, That means I don’t wish the best for myself… Pinky is good, Pinky is okay, Pinky is disciplined, Pinky is doing well and I won’t say anything [about that] what they did to me,” Pinky told reporters.
Pinky said boys had nothing to do with her leaving Team No Sleep. She said she is not ready to talk about what transpired but when time comes and she feels it is important, she will come out and talk about everything.
