The BET award winner singer Edirisa Musuuza famously known as Eddy Kenzo once again represents Uganda by snatching the 2021 AFRIMA Best male East African award from east Africa’s top names.
Musuuza has always been compared to the best in East Africa when it comes to music but this win has made him prove his worth by beating Tanzanian pop star Diamond Platnumz and Kenyan music group, Sauti Sol to claim the Best Male Artist award.
During the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMAs) event that was concluded this weekend there were many Ugandans that where nominated these include B2C, Spice Diana and many more.
However, the “Weekend” singer who was caught off guard for the event while on a music tour in USA was represented by other Ugandan representatives in the AFRIMA Awards; B2C Soldiers and Spice Diana who collected the award on his behalf.

Eddy Kenzo, is a Ugandan singer and music executive who is a founder and a member of Big Talent Entertainment. He received international attention after the release of his 2014 single, “Sitya Loss”. And an accompanying viral video that featured the Ghetto Kids Born and has been on the top since.
