Former Senior President Press Secretary Don Wanyama has today been announce by the Vision Group’s Chairperson, Mr.Patrick Ayota as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Vision Group.
He has replaced Robert Kabushenga who retired early this year after working at New Vision since 2006. There were so many controversies about his resignation as some people said he was sucked last year.
The outgoing Chief Executive Officer was quick to congratulate Wanyama upon getting one of the best jobs in Uganda and also wished him the best in his new job.
“Congratulations upon getting one of the best jobs in Uganda. All the best.” Kabushenga tweeted.
Don Wanyama worked with New vision as a senior Sub-editor before he joined Daily monitor as a chief editor. He then briefly served as communication assistant to the party chairman at National Resistance Movement. He was later appointed by His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni as his senior press secretary a position that was formerly occupied by motor-mouthed Tamale Mirundi.
