Hours after his assassination attempt, the outgoing Minister of Works and Transport Gen. Katumba Edward Wamala has come out to ask Ugandans to pray for him and his family. Especially his dead daughter Brenda Wamala Nantongo and his wife.
In this video, Gen. Katumba Wamala says that his wife is in a very critical condition as a result of shock she got. This happened after she received the sad news of the shooting of her husband and the killing of her daughter Brenda Wamala Nantongo.
“All my children, I will be fine, i have survived, we have lost Brenda and that is God’s plan, she had nothing, she did nothing to this World, but the bad guys have done it. Me God has given me a second chance. I will pull through. Don’t worry I don’t have bad injuries only the arms but i will be fine.” General Katumba started his message. He asked for Ugandans to pray for his wife.
“I love you guys, please pray for mummy, mummy is in a terrible state please pray for her and those who can come, please come and bury Brenda, bye” Katumba Wamala concluded his painful say. He is currently admitted at Malcom hospital.
