Talented self proclaimed Jinja Boy, Victor Ruz currently signed under Mc Kats management a label
popularly known as Kats Music has dropped a new single banger. It is called Official, a love song.
The brand new audio project is called Official, a song hailing a lady, well currently as artistes are still struggling to keep up with the competition and music due financial constraints and lock down, other
new entrants are geared to release new music to set the pace.
Mc Kats and his management had for a while taken a musical break ever since he was pronounced to
have had mental trauma andby Victor needed rehabilitation, he had never let his artistes release new music.
Kats music had signed a couple of artistes in the previous years and among these was Victor Ruz whose
talent and vocal ability is unmatched till date.
