Soroti University which has its main campus in Arapai sub-county, Soroti District, approximately 9.5 kilometres, by road, northeast of the central business district of Soroti, has today the 16th pf September 2020 released the official Diploma admission list on a private sponsorship basis. This list comes in to find the other lists of Degree admissions that are also for private sponsorship.
Since Soroti University is one of the degree and diploma awarding universities in Uganda, it has now released the admissions list of students on the diploma card under two major courses that are, Bachelor of medicine and bachelor of Surgery. Although, this list constitutes very few admitted students.
These include Odeke Mackay, Elalu Anthony, Awaniakoko Gladys, Nekesa Sarah, Ocen Wilfred (Medicine and Surgery).

Then, under Nursing Science Asiiku George, Ssenono Richard, Nakayima Zainab and Wamoto David only. Shortlisted students are asked to pick their admissions letters at the Soroti University Multi purpose building office 7 after the Coronavirus lockdown is up.
The university has two major academic units that include School of Medicine and Health Sciences and School of Engineering and Technology. These Schools are split into many departments that include Department of Pathology, Anatomy, Biochemistry, Medical Informatics, Orthopaedics, Nursing Sciences, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Pharmacy and pharmacology, Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery and many mor from The School of Sciences.
Further more, Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Informatics,Civil and Environmental Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, and many others under the School of engineering. Congratulations the admitted students.
