As one of the richest countries in the World, Qatar is set to host the FIFA 2022 World Cup tournament. Many have had the want to know where the matchers are going to be played from and moist especially, the state of stadiums currently. Especially the Al Bayt stadium

The official stadium that will host the very first match has been unveiled and it is Al Bayt Stadium. It has a sitting capacity of 60,000 people according to the press release. This stadium was manned by Qatari contractor Galfar Al Misnad. In conjunction with Italian contractors Salini Impregilo Group and Cimolai, they constructed the stadium and the energy center building.

It is said that this stadium costs a whooping 770 million Euros and is one of the most expensive the World of football has. This, takes us to the facts that the stadium construction started way back in 2015. It is located in Al Khor, Doha, Qatar.

More so, it should be known that The FIFA World Cup 2022 features an innovative approach to the operating model of the tournament with the creation of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 LLC. This is a limited liability company incorporated by FIFA, who holds 51 per cent of the shares, and the Qatar 2022 Local Organizing Committee LLC, who holds 49 per cent.

The FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar has brought in a massive development of infrastructure in Qatar where we have seen the construction of the Metro train (electric train). More roads have been refurbished and others put up, Doha, the city center is now in a perfect shape. Again on this, the cultural centers and museums are being shaped well to attract more tourists during the period.
