Michael Mugwanya commonly known as King Michael is a Ugandan recording raga dancehall. He says that the president asked for his number and called him so as to discuss something with him.
Michael said this on the UNCUT Kalakata show with Zahara Toto, King Michael says he always wanted to meet the president of Uganda H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, and discuss something with him but he lacked connections. He revealed how he tried asking Bebe Cool to help him meet the president but Bebe cool didn’t grant him the chance.
King Michael added saying that it was until this week when his prayer was answered. He received a call from the president last week after several NRM leaning musicians met with the president at the statehouse.
King Michael said that that day was his lucky day as the president singled him out, looked for his number, and called him even before he reached home.
” I had always wanted to meet the president of Uganda but I had no one to schedule us a meeting, I had no one to connect me to him. I tried talking to Bebe Cool but he was not of any help. It was until last week when my prayer was answered. The president got my number and gave me a call on my way home. This truly got me excited because I had finally gotten a chance that I once wished to have. I felt like I have made it in life.” King Michael said.

It should be remembered that King Michael was once furious after inviting the NRM big shots to come and support him but they failed to turn up. As NRM did hard he at least expected them to come and support him.
