Kampala Central Member of Parliament Muhammad Nsereko under grades Fred Ssentamu Nyanzi as he says to him that whereas his arguments are insult oriented, Nsereko’s arguments are logical and well thought.
He took to his social media to criticize fellow politician for always handling matters of National interest as if it was a child’s play.
”Court in Mengo has ruled that Nyanzi has to pay me costs of only Shs38.5m. Thank you, almighty God, for always fighting our battles. They use insults, we use brains,” Nsereko stated.
This follows a court decision that was made in favour of incumbent Member of Parliament Muhammad Nsereko over Fred Nyanzi who was asked to pay up to Shs. 38.5 million to the accused Nsereko as costs.
This follows a Nyanzi signed a petition in which he informed the court that the elections were infiltrated with gross irregularities like inconsistencies in counting and tallying of votes, understating of his votes as well as incapability of tallying officers to submit results from seven polling stations.
