KCCA FC has finally unveiled her new coach as long time assistant coach Morley Byekwaso also
a former player for the team.
Morley Byekwaso shall be stepping into the shoes of Mike Mutebi who part ways with the team
earlier this year in March leaving Byekwaso, the then assistant of the team to fully manage it
while the team finds a new head coach.
It is also key to note that Morley Byekwaso has had three different interfaces with the team as
an assistant coach as he worked during the reign of Matia Lule, George Nsimbe and Mike
Mutebi all as head coaches.
Currently, Morley Byekwaso has been signed to the position of head coach which he is expected to
hold for the next three years since his contract runs from July 2021 until June 2024.
Since Byekwaso has been handed the position of Head Coach, he is now expected to name his
technical team that shall work along side him for the next three years while he serves as the
team’s Head Coach.

Slowly but surely, has risen the ranks as he started out as a footballer attached to KCCA FC from which he graduated to the administrative posts. After serving as assistant coach on three different occasions, he finally got appointment as the Head Coach of KCCA FC.
