Rumor making rounds indicates that singer Namakula Rema has fired her long time manager Kayemba and is yet to employ another one. This is a politically motivated move from Rema’s side.
According to our sources, Kayemba lost his job as he failed to juggle between managing music and running his newly acquired post as the member of parliament for Bukomansimbi South.
The manager is known for his works as he has dealt with people such as Rema Namakula and Chris Evans who are some if the greatest labels in the music industry today. However, his new responsibility seems to out weighed his time balance time so that he is not in position to smoothly cater for both his position as a manager as well as take care of his political needs.
Due to this, it is alleged and the manager was subsequently laid off by Rema Namakula due to the above stated reason which has hindered his performance as a manager to the singer. More to the above, we have been informed that Rema has already found a replacement for her long time manager and the new “kid” on the block is yet to produce mind blowing music.
