Leilah Kayondo to Face Arrest Over Car Theft Case

Songstress Leilah Kayondo is at the verge of facing the law and being implicated for taking over ownership of the late Ssendawula Junior’s car without the consent of the family despite the car having duo ownership. She is being sighted in a car theft case.
The “Awo” singer was summoned by police the late Ssendawula’s wife Neyima at Kabalaga police . The singer has been accused of taking over the late’s car without the consent of the wife who partly has ownership.

However, Leila Kayondo has dismissed the allegations despite earlier on acknowledging and presenting the car to police, however she was later reported to have ‘connived’ with the officers and ‘took possession’ of the car.
Neyima accuses Leila of forging the ownership by trying to alter the log book despite being registered by two parties; the deceased and widow, she asserts that the singer was initially dating her late husband who handed her the car before his death.
The Police spokesperson Patrick Oyango has confirmed the developmentĀ of Leilah Kayondo theft case as he affirmed the ordealĀ on how they were told by the Makindye government prosecutor to handover the car to Leilah Kayondo.
