IBANDA: Deputy Registrar NRM Ibanda Amwine Innocent Arrested Over Faking DR Forms

It has been a dark day in the Western region located Ibanda district and the NRM offices where police followed and arrested a one Amwine Innocent who is the deputy registrar for NRM in the district over trying to fake declaration (DR) forms and alternate results of the recently concluded NRM primaries where the incumbent Joveline Kalisa Kyomukama was beaten hands down by newcomer Jane Bainomugisha to be the Woman MP, NRM flag bearer.

This whole faking exercise started immediately after the NRM Electoral Commission Chairperson Dr. Tanga Odoi ordered a vote recount after Kalisa threw her complaints and dissatisfaction with the vote result. In addition where Jane Bainomugisha came out as the winner.

Further information confirms that snoops from Jane’s camp had information that Kalisa’s husband Reagan ‘paid’ off the whole electoral system. In addition, at the district to ‘do the needful’ thus they tapped on the police.

Indeed, when the police reached the NRM electoral offices, it found that as earlier speculated, the ‘thieves’ headed by Ibanda NRM Deputy registrar Amwine Innocent had started their good job of recounting the votes this time referring to fake DR forms so that they finally announce a different winner and of course, Joveline Kalisa. As you read this, the police have uprooted the whole gang and ready to face the law as president Museveni following the orders of President Museveni.
