The “Chikibombe” singer, Levixone has cried out to government to compensate him for his National Stadium, Namboole scheduled concert that was meant to be in December last year 2020.
According to him, everything was underway as he has even paid some service providers but due to Covid-19, his plans were ruined that left him nursing massive losses he hasn’t been able to move on from.
Due to this, he believes the government ought to be sympathetic enough to help him recover from the losses incurred by giving him a compensation that he can use as a starter after the lockdown.
“If there is any compensation plan towards the people who were affected by the coronavirus pandemic, I deserve to be helped too. I may not have come out to speak on it because I’m a very peaceful person but if they are to compasate, I think I should be given some.” Singer Levixone chirped, adding that he had one of the biggest planned concerts at that time.
“I had one of the biggest concerts planned in the country in Namboole and I had paid each and everything,” Levixone told a local television station. Initially, his concert was meant to have been on 12th December but in a bid to curb Covid-19 spread, it was called off.
Levixone still has hopes as he says immediately they allow them back on stage, the music industry is not ready for what will be unveiled that day as he promises to fill Namboole to full capacity.

“The moment we are cleared and given a go ahead to go back on stage, Namboole will be the
very first concert the industry will experience,” Levixone added.
Many artistes have come out to ask for compensation but the government still stats silent about the matter, hopefully, they will finally receive some consideration which shall help them get back on their feet.
