National Unity Platform president head of security Eddie Mutwe was beyond shocked when his
employees tried him to a surprise party upon his return from the Kitalya coolers.

Edward Rogers Sebuufu who is popularly known as Eddie Mutwe was among the National Unity
Platform supporters that were held at Kitalya prisoners after their arrest from Kalangala district
during the presidential elections.

However, the suspects finally saw the light of day upon their release earlier this week which
was all joy and ululations all the way from the court house to the National Unity Platform head
offices.

It is upon his return that his employees at his city based saloon decided to do him the honors
of throwing a party to celebrate his return. Eddie Mutwe was excited about the surprise party
to say the least.

Previously, Eddie Mutwe worked as a barber to sustain his family, however, in the wake of the
2020 Presidential elections, his loyalty to the National Unity Platform saw him rise to the
position of head of security.

This same place that landed him into Kitalya prisons for a number of months as a political
prisoner. His agony was short lived when he was granted bail from the General court martial
earlier this week.

And Eddie Mutwe returned home to the sounds of a babies’ cry seeing as his wife put to bed a few days
before his realize. This moved him to close tears as he laid his eyes upon his son for the very
first time.
