This pictures out specifically humble and gentle Owor Paul who is almost covering all his manifesto by action during consultations in Busiro South.
It should be noted that Busiro South constituency is Owor Paul’s home and it is the area that is currently led by Peter Ssematimba. We are further informed that ever since Paul decided to stand for the Busiro South Parliamentary seat, he immediately started to work on his manifesto and showed the that he is a man of action not words like most politicians.
