As the general elections 2021 come closer in Uganda, the political environment is getting so intense especially for the incumbent leaders who are put on tenterhooks by the energy of new entrants. This pictures out specifically humble and gentle Owor Paul who is almost covering all his manifesto by action during consultations in Busiro South.
It should be noted that Busiro South constituency is Owor Paul’s home and it is the area that is currently led by Peter Ssematimba. We are further informed that ever since Paul decided to stand for the Busiro South Parliamentary seat, he immediately started to work on his manifesto and showed the that he is a man of action not words like most politicians.
And as you read this, we are reliably informed that he has so far covered a big part of the manifesto that he presented to the people a few months ago. His main points in the manifesto are to make health facilities up the standard, boost the education sector, in Busiro South.
More so, Paul’s manifesto continues to tackle the roads and transport sector and boost it, Sports and leisure improvement, uplift the standard of Agriculture stand and ensure food security. Balance the gender and many others in the manifesto as you will see it in full.
WHAT HAS OWOR PAUL SO FAR PUT IN PLACE AS PER HIS MANIFESTO?
Saying that he has fulfilled his manifesto is underrating his work so far during these consultations, he has just done his work and awaiting for his nomination day and set off the wheels in full swing. He has so far achieved the following.

Owor Paul has so far visited and consulted the four Sub counties that make Busiro South that are, Kajjansi, Katabi, Kasenyi and Busi. He has again, gone to all the 28 parishes that make up the same place. As we all know how Paul is a man of actions, we are yet to see what he will unveil in a near future for the same people of Busiro South.
It should further more be remembered that he is to contest in the Member of Parliament 2021-2016 seat as an Independent candidate. Just waiting for the 12th or 13th of this month October to be nominated, he continues to serve the people of Busiro South.
All these combined with his resilience and hard work, Owor Paul has consequently frustrated the incumbent Peter Ssematimba who is currently in office. The wise African man once said that “The cow that has been burnt out of its shed sees the evening sky red and trembles” and now Busiro South people after seeing all this happen, they have vowed to shower Paul with endless votes.
