The Parliamentary Human Rights Committee has ruled that city socialite Brian Kirumira a.k.a Bryan White be incarcerated and prosecuted for allegedly defiling and facilitating abortions of three girls.
The three girls in question in Clyde Ms. Stella Nandawula, Ms. Vivian Mutanda, and Ms. Leticia Nabulime.
Reports indicate that the accused not only defiled the three girls but went an extra mile to provide the abortion fees required as well as escorts for the girls to the hospitals where the inhumane act was practiced.
Additionally, the Ugandan law makes the act of abortion illegal as Article 22 item 2 of the constitution states that;
“No person had the right to terminate the life of an unborn child except as may be authorized by the law.”
It is upon this premises that the legislators argued out the point that faded city tycoon indeed deserved to face the ruthless eyes of the law. The girls who suffered within his confines require justice.
As if that’s not enough, Parliamentarians were further angered by the fact that the police only ignored the ongoing injustice and failed to run to the aid of the poor girls who were in the hands of the devil himself.

“He (Bryan White) did not tolerate any pregnancies. The young girls were confined in Bryan White’s house for over a year and this wasn’t picked up by police and all the relevant agencies,” roared a fuming MP Henry Maurice Kibalyaas.
Other legislators like Ms. Hellen Grace Asamo a PWD representative say Bryan White’s situation on sexual harassment is the beginning of a bigger campaign that is yet to crack down to the ground root for all women and children that have suffered at the mercies of their abusers.
