BREAKING: Uganda Parliament Bus Catches Fire With COVID-19 Patients

On a very sad note, we have received disturbing news of the parliament bus registration number UG 0391H that caught fire and it was carrying COVID-19 patients. This tragedy has happened along the Gulu-Kampala Highway.

It is being learnt that this parliament bus caught the fire at a place called Koro in Omoro district as it was coming from Kitgum to Kampala with the 19 COVID-19 patients. The parliament is yet to confirm this sad news.

Eye witnesses assert that the whole bus was seen in flames and it was not yet cleared whether the occupants died or survived. Details of the story are coming up shortly. More so, you should keep around Times Uganda for the latest developments about this.
