A shock has fallen at the Parliament of Uganda where a yet to be identified 23-year-old man was caught red-handed with a human head of a child. According to eyewitnesses, the head is still fresh with blood coming out of it. It’s also alleged that he came in and was trying to sneak the Human Head into the speaker’s office. He had put the head in the box and claimed it was a precious gift for Rebecca Kadaga.
When he was apprehended and asked why he did such an awkward thing, this youthful man calmly informed that it is a gift to the speaker of parliament Rt Hon Rebecca Kadaga. It’s, however, not yet established whether he was sent by someone else, or whether he is mentally ill.
This culprit is has been forwarded to Kibuli Police CID Headquarters as investigations kick start. This is still a developing story, we shall update you about everything as it comes out.This is not the first thing of this sort to happen, as some time back someone brought a dead pig to the same place.
