Baguma Crescent alias Beenie Gunter is after his ex-manager Ibrah K after he, Beenie Gunter, accuses him, Ibrah K, of fraud.
The “seko down” singer is breathing out smoke after he discovered that his previous manager and long-time friend with whom he had worked for almost six years has been stealing from him.
Beenie Gunter and Ibrah K who were almost brothers parted ways earlier this year on a very sad note and the two seemed very angry at each other although their reason for separation were never clear.
After their split, Beenie Gunter joined the Talent Africa record label and has been doing well until he was awakened to the heart breaking reality that his former manager has turned into a hole in his bank account.
“When we separated in March he gave me my logins but hacked them. That was my source of income as an artiste and it took me four months without me figuring out what to do next. I only had to use my Instagram to write to Tune Core who helped me to log in. When I got into PayPal, I found the account was in his name and he was taking my money,” the grieved artist told a local broadcaster.
Investigations conduted by Talent Africa came to a deduction that Ibrah K had swindled around USD 900 from Beenie Gunter which is almost equivalent to UGX 3.3 million.
