By early morning yesterday, there was no doubt that the Azawi concert was going to blow Everyone’s mind away. The concert was the talk of town and had even made it to becoming extremely popular on Twitter due to the number of mentions it has, tweet and retweets surrounding the African music concert.
Away from this, the concert had the attention of many entertainers which even made it more popular among the Azawi fans. Among the people who were at the forefront of campaigning for the concert include John Blaq, Juliana Kanyomozi, Lillian Mbabazi, Bebe Cool, Pia Pounds, and Feffe Bussi.
More so, the concert also gave room to upcoming artists like Zefaran and Aroma to perform which made it increasingly famous among Ugandans because it just wasn’t about Azawi but also other artistes in the industry.
Rtd AIGP Asan Kasingye also earlier this week had confirmed that come rain or sunshine, he would attend the African music concert. In this light, he went on to ask whether whoever was reading the tweet would be in position to attend the concert or they would allow themselves to miss out on the mind-blowing entertainment.
Once we come to the twelebs, they showed ultimate support to Azawi since some of them were selling her tickets like Phil and Ishmael a.k.a Mr. Honey. These guys ensured that the Azawi concert was all that would be on your mind 24/7.
By the time the concert drew by, it had already become an anthem and everyone was eagerly waiting for it. No wonder the Zoe Grounds were filled to the brim with all sorts of people that could not help but attend the concert.
There were performances from various artists including Pinky, Grenade, Karole Kasita, Bebe Cool among several others. All these merged their exceptional vocals and made the night extremely colorful. Certainly, the Azawi concert did not disappoint and whoever attended it shall live to tell the tale of such an amazing concert.
