Aziz Mukasa popularly known by his stage name Aziz Azion comes out to confess. He says he’s ready to join active politics come 2025, says Robert Kyagulanyi inspired him.
After seeing many Ugandan celebrities joining politics this year. Some lost in the elections while the lucky ones got MP seats in the Parliament. This has inspired other big names to also show interest in politics.
Aziz is one of them, the ‘Nkumira Omukwano’ singer has always been seen by the side of National Unity Platform (NUP) throughout the January elections. But now he claims to have learnt enough to join politics.
During his interview he said, “I have always been seen by the side of the people. ,,, that’s why I choose to be NUP and I promise to always help the people,,,. Yes am ready to join politics.”
Aziz Azion, is a Ugandan R&B singer-songwriter and musician, was born Aziz Mukasa on 4 March 1983 in Fort Portal, Uganda and raised in Kampala where he studied up to Senior 4 and he made his move into the music industry.
