As the country is still bleeding and many still in shock about what happened yesterday and today, singer Bebe Cool has switched goal posts and embarked on a new strategy of campaigning for NRM president Museveni Yoweri Kaguta.
Unlike previously where Bebe Cool and his NRM Online crew were moving on vehicles and pulling large crowds, the singer and Museveni diehard has started to use his feet and continue with the mission. In this, walking door to door as he talks to people personally, distributes NRM branded t-shirts, caps and face masks has been an adopted new style.
In his words, Bebe Cool says that he aims at maintaining the SOPs, a directive put up by the government to avoid the spread of Coronavirus. It should be noted that, the situation in Uganda turned to ugly immediately after the brutal arrest of presidential aspirant Hon Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu in Luuka district.
“As a way of following the SOPs to reduce of COVID19 Uganda, we have abandoned procession and embarked on our new new strategy of door to door mobilization.” Bebe Cool said.
However, before all this happened, Bebe Cool had led a massive mobilization fro president Museveni with his NRM Online team, and they had maintained the #SilentMajority and #SecuringYourFuture movement so well and by far.
